All sponsorships include:
Exhibit Booths $3,300 (14 remaining)– Exhibitors will be placed in the breezeway outside the conference rooms.
Networking Breakfast Plus Full Hall Advertising $3,000 (limited to one)– A continental breakfast will be provided in the exhibit area the morning of the conference.
Luncheon Plus Full Hall Advertising $4,000 (limited to one) – A bagged lunch will be provided in the exhibit area.
Studio Theater Lobby Advertising $3,300 (limited to one)— This includes advertising in the area outside of the Studio Theater (which every attendee will walk through).
City Bar Advertising $1,500 (limited to one)— This includes advertising in the City Bar (this will not be open for service, but will serve as a main pass-through for TAC attendees and a workspace area).
Networking Reception Plus Full Hall Advertising $4,000 (limited to one) – Our speakers will meet attendees and volunteers following our final Keynote Speaker.
Lanyards $3,300 – (Reserved by Formos Consulting) – Each attendee will receive their lanyard with the logo of the sponsor.
Volunteer T-shirts $1,500 (Reserved by Bennett Thrasher)– Conference volunteers (minimum of 40 people) will wear a t-shirt with the conference and sponsor’s logo throughout the conference as they assist attendees. These t-shirts are very visible for attendees to easily spot someone who can help them.
Speaker Keynote Dinner— Cost depends on location selected by the sponsor – Our keynote speakers and conference leadership team attend a dinner the evening preceding the conference. The speaker dinner cost is the responsibility of the sponsor.
